Terms of Service

1. About these terms

BizApp is a business management service provided by Cactus Tech Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using BizApp you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information when you register and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account, including activity by staff you add to your business.

3. Free trial and subscriptions

New businesses start with a 5-day free trial. After that, a paid plan is needed to keep using BizApp. Plans, prices and limits (such as the number of users) are shown on the "Choose a plan" page. Each payment covers one 30-day period.

When a trial or subscription ends, you can still open your dashboard and the billing pages, but the other features stay unavailable until you subscribe again.

4. Payments

Payments are made by mobile money or instant bank transfer through our payment provider, PayChangu. Your subscription is activated once the payment is confirmed. For billing problems, contact us at info@bizapp.app and include your payment reference.

5. Your data

The business records you enter (such as products, sales, expenses, customers and staff) remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to enter that information, including any personal details of your customers and staff. We use your data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please keep your own copies of records that matter to you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BizApp for anything unlawful, to try to access another business's data, to interfere with the service or its security, or to share your login with people outside your business.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep BizApp available and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

8. Suspension and ending your account

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. You may stop using BizApp at any time.

9. Our responsibility

BizApp is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost business, arising from your use of the service. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records and for your own tax and legal obligations.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. When we make a significant change, we will ask you to accept the updated terms the next time you use BizApp.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malawi.
